Tax and Spend …. eventually

Having raised £8.5 million from developers’ pockets, you’d have thought our Liberal controlled council would have a few ideas about how to spend it.  Public lavatories, youth action projects, public transport, school playing fields, homeless refuges, policing - these are all areas we need to invest in.  Apparently, much better to let £6 million of the money lie fallow waiting for something the Liberals deem worthy of investment!  Click here to read more from the Derby Evening Telegraph.
