A friend of mine works for Google and he told me about a tool they’ve developed that helps politicians engage with their constituents. It’s call Google moderator and it allows people to submit questions or policy ideas to their representatives and vote on which ones are most important to them.
It’s important because you can never submit too many ideas and it’s a way of managing loads of complimentary or competing questions and ideas. I love it.
