I'm not sure if your comments were aimed at me or the people mentioned in the post. If me, I apologise if I've disappointed you but please feel free to look through the contents of this blog and notice that I generally try to write positive comments. However, as opposition to both the Lib Dems running the City Council and the Labour national government, it is part of my job description to hold those with power to account. Where they use that power badly or where they waste money or where they act against the best interest of their voters, it is critical that I highlight these instances to voters. Failing to do so would be to undermine one of the fundamental pillars of our democracy. I hope this helps explain this post but, rest assured, I'll make sure I keep focussed on why a change in government will help make this country a fairer, greener and safer place to live. Why can you not stand purely on your own policies and principles? Instead all you (I use "you" to refer to all politicians as a group) do is resort to a childish playground pointing of fingers at the opposition. It's pathetic really it is.
